This is great news Dr. Peimer. Congratulations and thank you to the forward looking government of the Seychelles.

We are pleased to inform you that Regenecell has received formal authorization and support from the Seychelles Government to treat patients with stem cells on the island.

The date for the first treatments is the week of 21 July 2008. Treatment consists of intravenous and/or intrathecal injections of 20 million umbilical cord stem cells administered for one hour per day over four days.

The treatment fee is 19 300 Euros. Payment is required 8 weeks prior to treatment, as we order specific cell combinations per patient, and pay the laboratory upfront.

The fee excludes travel and accommodation ? these arrangements can be made via the Seychelles Honorary Consul's office in Cape Town: Mr Malcolm Gessler, +27 21 715 3853/4; gessler@netactive.co.za. Mr Gessler's status can be confirmed here: http://www.mfa.gov.sc/embassies.html.

Regards.

Jeff
