Male Infertility

Hi everyone, this is an off the the topic for me as it does not involve my daughter, but i have a family member who has fertility problems. He is a male aged 26, fit and healthy and his brothers have children, so he does not know the cause of why he has bad sperm.
His question to me, as he knows i am looking at stem cell treatment for my daughter, if stem cells can cure his fertility problem.

Does anyone know if stem cell treament can cure him?? The legend Barbara, do you have any input on this. He has tried IVF (ICSI), but failed. Thanks, harry

They have created sperm cells from stem cells in mice. I don't believe it's gone any further than that. The study was just published this year in the journal "Cell". Promising study, but only for mice at this point I believe.
