Groundbreaking stem cell treatment approved for MS patients

While I am always happy to see more options for patients, there are other doctors/clinics who are doing groundbreaking treatments for MS as well. Most are offshore, so it's not likely the main stream media in the U.S. is going to report on any of them. Luckily, there is a great network in the MS community so patients can become informed of their options. This forum also has had some Ask the Doctor hosts that have addressed MS and the treatments they are doing.

JANUARY 20, 2014 Dr. Jon LaPook goes inside the trial and approval process for an experimental treatment using stem cells designed to make Multiple Sclerosis patients better. Current treatments only try to stop the progression of the disease.
