Green Beans: Nutrition Facts and Health Benefits

I didn't know that green beans helped regulate diabetes. My diabetic dog absolutely loves them. He will eat green beans over any of his other food (unless I cook him some cabbage which is his number one favorite). I don't know if green beans are helping him as he's a canine, but perhaps that's why he loves them so much. He may instinctively know.

Green beans are also one of my favorite vegetables. Thanks for posting.
