My fev1 was 33% last year , after a few additions I am now up to 37% and my diffusion is a little better from 20% now 24%
I did talk with a chemist and added zinc and copper along with anti inflammatory 's. Not sure what to make of this but it is a good direction as opposed to lower numbers.
