What are the differences as far as stem cell regulations are concerned? Are they similar to the FDA?

If you ask the Mexicans, they say their agency is the better of the two. If you ask those in the U.S., you will be told that the FDA is the better of the two and a global leader. If you ask me, we could get along with a lot less regulation.
