Clinic in Tampa

I read somewhere that some Dr. was going to open a clinic in Tampa. Can't find the article again. Does anyone else know where for me to look or who it was opening the clinic. I think it was a DR. that I have seen his name on this site. I also think he had a clinic in either CA or Mexico.
