I took the Buteyko Breathing course, but not this one. I honestly think that improving breathing can really help. I couldn't find anything negative about Mike White's courses. Are you thinking of doing this? If so, more power (lung power) to you and let us know how it goes. Thank you for this information. I had never heard of this particular course.
