Worried about treatments outside of the USA

Hi, Luis:

Very nice to meet you. As I'm reading about the risks and benefits of treatments, I'm also noticing that some firms perform work within the USA and some firms perform work outside the USA.

What is involved in going to Tijuana and receiving treatment if one elects to take that route?
