Dr. Payne's response to the naysayers

I have been quite frustrated posting on naysayer blogs recently. I asked Dr. Payne what his thoughts were as he is associated with Nepsis Institute which treats patients in Mexico. Nepsis doctors were also the first to respond to my question of commitment as to whether or not they will participate in the proposed ASCTA registry. Knowing this, I asked Dr. Payne the hurdles and obstacles a small company would face if they were to try to test, test, test every application for every disease they treat in order to get FDA approval as the naysayers expect them to do.
