You can read about the complaint, press release and final judgment on this site against Casey Nabavi and Cellulogix International. This man continues to take money from unsuspecting desperately ill patients. It is horrible. He needs to be stopped.
This judgment should leave no doubts in anyone's mind what kind of operation this is. Red flag warning doesn't even begin to cover it. Where is 60 Minutes when you need them?
