5 months old boy with retinal scarring

Hi, Im very new to this. I have a 5 months old nephew, Chris, who was just diagnosed with Macular Scarring, Cerebellar Hypoplasia, and hearing impairment. I was devastated until I found out about stemcell and this wonderful site.

I decided to go with his eyes first. I have contacted Xcell in Germany, Regenerative medicine Inst in Mexico, but they refused to give the treatment to my lil boy saying that he is too young and i have to wait til he's 10.

I don't think I can wait that long.

Could any of you please give me some suggestions of where I should go next? which one(s) is specialise in treating eyes diseases ?

Is there a reason they wanted to wait until he is 10 years old? If you find other clinics saying the same thing then the advice is probably very sound.
