    FDA=Fraud, Deception, Abuse

    There is a book written about the agency's dirty dealings with that title. It fits the agency perfectly.

    Donna,

    Is that the actual title of the book RE: the FDA?

    Thanks!

    Here's a thought.

    Now that the supreme court has granted corporations 'personhood' as far as freedom of speech is concerned, should the executives now be tried for mass murder when their drugs kill people?

    (A guy can dream, can't he?)

    It is theoretically possible. Lawyers are already using the Hobby Lobby decision to turn the sky "legal pad yellow" in all sorts of ways the USSC never imagined!!!

    Merck killed more US Citizens than the entire Viet Nam war with a drug (Vioxx) that during the FDA tests was found to increase your heart attack risk bu 500%. The then CEOs of Merck and the FDA employees who approved the drug should all be tried for mass murder.

    Other cases should follow.

    bob-a-rama - They really are prolific mass murderers and yet get away with it, time after time. If anyone is not familiar with the history of Merck's drug Vioxx there are plenty of articles you can find by doing an internet search.
    First treatment in 2007. Pioneering ever since.
