Default Dr. Peace and StemCell center in Phoenix, AZ

I had my stem cell treatment yesterday at Dr. Peace's clinic. They use adipose and since I was being treated for Osteoarthritis in my knees that was fine. My knees hurt like hell today but then they inject on bone so I expected some pain. just wish they had been a bit more open about pain as I would have had a walker available. Hard to walk when both knees were done! Took the adipose cells from below hips and in buttocks and got a stem cell count of 112 million which they were very happy about--especially because I am very thin. They also did nutritional consult--cut down on wheat, sugar, dairy. I already am vegetarian and had eliminted wheat. I must say elilminating wheat did minimize my pain levels!
They also do an IV cocktail of vitamins and minerals to get the body ready. they also did my thumb joints at no extra charge.
Will see how things progress. They are certainly busy.

Thank you for posting. Please continue to tell us about your progress ober the next year. So often, people post right after they get treated and then we don't hear from them again.

I am not familiar with Dr Peace. How did you hear about him?

    Jeannine:

The Doctor is apparently a Naturopath, not an MD...

Jeannine makes a valid point. People post within a few days and then disappear. There is no such thing as a pain free treatment when invasive methods are used. Rarely, will you hear that you will be in pain from the doctors that administer the treatments. I guess they haven't had treatment themselves and don't know how much pain can occur before, during and after these types of treatments. I still have pain in my leg from an adipose treatment.

mom2mastiffs - Do you know how he obtains the count? Also, do your thumb joints hurt as well? Please keep us informed. Thanks for posting!

Default I would love more information

We are hoping to go see him in the next few months. I have seen a few comments about Naturopathic Doctors. They are trained very well and are required a lot of schooling, ( the same as an MD and a DO) A Chiropractor has just as much as well. We are just taught to think less of natural health practitioners. If anyone has had experience with this clinic I would love to hear about your experience.

I have no problem with Naturopathic doctors, but there comes a point that the body simply cannot heal naturally, in my opinion, if there is too much organ damage which in my case there is. My best stem cell treatment by far has been from an MD. He thinks outside the box, unlike some MD's however. I wasted valuable time, effort and money getting treated by a homeopathic doctor previously and got zero benefits. My present general doctor is also an MD who practices integrative medicine and is a longevity specialist, a combination I like a lot.
My husband also has had very good experience with a chiropractor we know. However, when he was not available, he went to another chiropractor who basically didn't help him at all. As with everything, a lot probably depends on the individual doctor and their philosophy and expertise.
